Why not take it private if it's so easy to do; and it's worth north of $3 a share as some here have speculated. Why not fully subscribe to the pp's? Fill the coffers to advance the projects and raise the sp.

EE did fully subscribe to the PPs in the past, only the last few years he opened them up to the other shareholders. Both EE and ES will make sure shareholders get rewarded; SP probably won't move up until one day the company is halted and then a huge step up in SP after the announcement. That way only current shareholders will benefit and all speculators or those that sold their position and are bashing the company and management will be left on the outside looking in, the way it should be; imho :)
