MK, can you confirm this statement? Huge implications.

For me, I just catching up on this news as I was vacationing. I was excited to see the 2024 program news, but I'm still hesitant and confused!

The last few months I've been telling everyone the 2024 program needed to address the pfs as it shows project advancement and forward movement.

So while they did address it, it's very confusing wording! To me, It seems it's just a continuation of the 2023 work and study conclusions that will be used for the pfs. Teck wants more drilling done for the geotech regarding that high wall area. Well...They never completed the drilling from last year :/ so the 9500 metres needed and only getting 35% of it done. Seems like more delay tactics and stalling games like with the meta study needing 2 years of drilling (2021 & 2022). Now the same strategy being used for geotech studies (2023 & 2024 drilling needed). Each year Teck couldn't complete targeted goals! Sad. 
So will the pfs study start now or in 2025? It should be starting now! Elmer always said the 2023 data gets us to pfs stage. 
Also, the construction timeline...this was due by year end of 2023...the recent SC news stated it's now part of the 2024 program? What the F? This report is due now! It was part of the 2022/2023 programs! So again, delay delay delay....stall tactic....wait more wait more.

Enough already! Will Elmer stick around for this 19 million dollar work program? Does he want to see the submission of EA application? Does he want to see the pfs? All things that add certainty and de-risk the asset and adds value.
