So I don't expect CF to last longer unless the Met results are disappointing.

Just reading between the lines here: we are still waiting for the meta results, but they are already known to TECK, and having them come out saying they will advance SC to pfs stage, tell me the results were really good. Otherwise, more studies would happen to surface additional value to warrant the advancement to pfs, imho :)

Starting the monthly collection of environmental data in Jan 2023 was also a tell sign that TECK is happy enough with SC to apply for EA once the 24 consecutive months data is available (by end of 2024) and confirmed in the last NR ("...in preparation of an Environmental Assessment Permit submission")

IMO, those that sold for pennies will come to regret their decision and there will be some very expensive lessons to be learned soon enough :)
