Always appreciate your "rants," chunky. I'd say I hope to keep reading them for many more years, but I really don't wish for that. 

Instead, I hope you and I and everyone else here can see the benefits of our investment in the next year or two. In the meantime, I plan to keep venting over the many missteps and lack of action by Elmer because he so deserves it. I truly believe someone else could come in and kickstart this company and its promising projects. Instead, we are practically invisible to anyone that matters.
