Management could never divulge any discussions with another miner regarding a sale. The only way we will know or even suspect something of importance is a jump in the sp with large volume for a few days before the news, whatever that may be, drops. We might see a few cent increase based on commodity prices but unless we move by multiples of the current sp that's it.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, but I believe that the corporate "strategy" is to wait until the copper price is so high that majors come begging for whatever deposits are available and offer us ridiculous amounts for our assets. SC might be a different story unless Teck drops the ball and someone buys us out. JMO.
