Copper Fox and Teck both need something (43-101) to justify the transaction value.  Or else, how would shareholders know that it's being done to their best interest?

If Elmer plays that secret game with Teck, is Copper Fox acting to the best of our interest by not releasing the data and allowing for fair bidding over our 25%?
