But, but… the ROFO?!

Pardon my oft-revealed ignorance but I always thought that if CF thought Teck was dragging its heels CF could shop its 25 per cent around to an interested buyer and there would be nothing that Teck could do other than either match it or offer more. So, why doesn’t CF do that? I can only assume that a deal is in the works which will satisfy everyone. Of course, ES with his six-figure annual income doesn’t need to hurry anywhere fast; maybe that’s it. I welcome enlightenment on this aspect of our investment.
