CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
My concern with selling the whole company at this time is basically pi.....g away 10 plus years of shareholder dilution propping up the Arizona properties. Unless they can sell SC "soon" and use a reasonable portion to bring them up to a point where they have actual value, a sale of the entire company would not be extracting "fair value". Give me the "fair value" for SC and I will sleep on my shares for another 2-3 years when they might get another $1.5-75 on a complete sale. JMO.
