I spoke with Dix last year. I made the point that I believed that very soon the economic success of BC would be heavily impacted by the Golden Triangle and action was needed now to ensure infrastructure and skilled workers. We talked NTL and apprenticeships before we were interrupted. He agreed with all the points I made . . . but I believe that's a common trait of politicians. We'll see.
