Hey Chappy,

Has QB2 been cancelled or just delayed due to permitting issues.

Everyone talks of cancellation but Teck has said recently that they have growth in their internal pipeline to double CU output. Someone posted earlier that they consider back-ins part of their pipeline but sometimes I feel we are all assuming a little too much on QB2 re cancell or just delayed due to regulatory requirements.
