I haven't followed it over the last couple of weeks but I think QB2 is a little of both. TCK got the project numbers back and then decided to withdraw the proposal. I think they are giving the project some more thought. The economics on the project are not that great. For almost what it cost to build SC, the QB2 project has a pretty low IRR.
