With the investment in CTQ's investment in Port developments for concentrate shippment and their visist to China things were looking pretty good.   They get restarted on their permit process, build a little momentum and now they get hit with this windfall tax ambiguity.   Hopefully this all sorts itself out in the next couple of months.  

I got into CTQ last spring after being in ARU for a while.   The up and down ride on ARU has provided enough Ecuadorian excitement for me to build up the nerve to invest more in CTQ.   I figure there are lots of CTQ investors that have a better picture of the company and will climb on board with their input.
