 No Bear...what's your take on this?

In the company's prospectus it says that the VP Exploration and the VP Operations are both quiting.

 Effective January 16, 2008, Dr. Richard Spencer resigned as the Vice-President of Exploration of the Corporation.

On January 21, 2008, Dr. Sadek El Alfy advised the Corporation that he would be resigning as Vice-President,Operations of the Corporation, effective February 20, 2008.
