Maybe the U.S. should just nationalize Hugo's U.S. holdings on similar terms. When he increases taxes on production we increase taxes on production...when he takes infrastructure we take infrastructure. Whoops....I almost forgot...if the U.S. did that...we would be demonized as Imperialist Devils
