Ianinvestor65 / c_kondiah,

Do you folks see Ven giving the final permit to Crystallex prior to the Mining Laws being passed/gazetted?

Will Ven want to renegotiate the conditions of the MOA so they can increase the royalties to get a bigger piece of the pie?

When all is said and done will Crystallex and Gold Reserve ever get to mine the properties or will a larger gold fish come along and swallow them up? Does it not make sense to have one processing facility to lessen the enviro impacts when producing the gold and copper?
