Message: New Mining Laws will not Impact Crystallex - June 14/06

zwil, you say that kry's contract "does'nt read that way to you" also that grz and others with "concessions" seem "technically stronger" also you mention a $1.50 support level...

re: the contract...

which part does'nt read like a joint venture/partnership to you?

re: co's with concessions appearing "technically stronger"..

yeah the grz PPS has me puzzled too! hecla (although i'd avoid them) makes sense given thier earnings etc, but when it is obvious that co's w/concessions are the ones that will be MOST affected by the new mining laws it's hard to understand why grz would hold up as well as it has....

re: $1.50 support level?

how do you get that? i can see support at many levels from $1.25 (when chavez said he was nationalizing mining) to $6.25 (we all know when that happened) but $1.50? i dont remember kry ever "hovering at $1.50" at least not since i've been here....
