When talking about the permit its not a kry problem its a mining problem. the Russians talked about getting things done quickly, sure they did ,lol, they grz or anyone else is having the same problem.

one good thing is this new guy is a hands on get things done type of guy and is open to talk with. Rm feels he will get things going again, The reason i say going again HUGO took all the politicians and had them work on (HIS ) referendum. So now things are back on track.

Ms ortaga (not sure of spelling) ministry of mining has to sign the permit (fact ) she is the one.

Hugo could sign it but only up to June of this year, then the powers that where given to him run out.
