I can't comment on concessions. RM was very infactic about new mining laws. Back in 2005 articles where writen and passed in 2006. Those where that last time laws where written,

There has been and still is talk of new mining laws but thats all it is. Articles have to be circulated and talk about,voted on and then passed . Nothing has even been written and passed out . Its just talk. KRY just needs a signature on the permit. As i might add so do the other miners. As i stated before its not one company or another its the mining industry thats not be attended to .
