That is pretty much it i had an extremely positive outlook when i was finish talking with him. The permit could happen at any time per RM. It could take some more time, but what i got was that it will happen and that it will be good for vz gov. its people and  KRY share holders.

Frustrated yes so is KRY and all concerned in the company.
