There is one question though that perhaps would require RM to answer.  He suggests that the permit could happen at any time.  However, we also keep hearing about the new mining law.  It would seem logical (don't we all hate that word now) that the Venzs would want to sew up their new laws prior to permitting.  I prefer RM's 'anytime' but the logic tells me otherwise.
