KONDIAH, You seem a litlle confused. If you would take the trouble of reading the Company's annual report, you will find that they did inform shareholders of the politcal risk and a whole lot of other real or perceived risks.

Regarding your beef about the lack of material information and making this a speculative  stock, IMO these two have bugger all to do with each other. Even if they were related, would you have the Company invent material information, giving you an excuse for wishing them to jail?

 Of course they new well in advance, another financing deal was necesary and so should you if you followed their information. And btw, this will not be the last either. They still need $240 million or so to finish the project.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen or at least shut up or talk sense.
