I wonder what her credentials are. As I understand it...the environmental experts have already approved the environmental plan. Is she a Phd in environmental engineering or simply a bureaucrat? If she's simply a bureaucrat....who is she to second guess the experts that already approved the environmental plan after reviewing it in detail?
