Pardon me for being obtuse (well, stupid actually), but when and where did KRY use a 3-week timeframe for a Sanz visit? I know in the Bloomberg article a while back, it stated that "the minister requested a visit to Las Cristinas during a meeting with Crystallex's management three weeks ago, Thompson said", but there was subsequent time-frame implicit in the statement.
