ARU's market cap is still about 20% higher than KRY and they are no where near as close to actually building a mine. They are still in the exploration phase -- we've done that and have the engineering done and a great deal of equipment purchased. We also have other advantages, but the ARU holders shouldn't panic -- it's just a moratorium and if it is a good project it will get done.

Much rather be in KRY though. With all of the elements looking like they are converging for us, I think that we will be building a mine pretty soon.

Ecuador even considering banning an open pit is stupid. Open pit is MUCH cheaper and you can also fill it back in and restore the area later. Can't do that with a maze of tunnels.
