no bear, i dont think hl is being thrown under the bus...thier mine is basically dried up (it's mine life ended last year, productions way down, costs are way up)..the only thing HL had to look forward to in ven was the cost of "reforestation"... i'm really thinking that the whole calleo district is going to get "nationalized" to put the artisinal miners to work and shut them up....then grant some of the permits on concessions elsewhere to provide real production....imo
