Good summary GV....I would add one additional item; that being the upcoming anniversary of payment of bond\taxes. My guess\hope is that KRY management in their last meeting with Sanz emphasized the fact that they have been waiting since (June 15th, 2007?) for the permit rubber stamp. I would hope that they made it clear that it was of extreme importance (from the standpoint of investor relations and business profitability) that the official permit be issued prior to this key anniversary date
