If the press release is not rescinded than you are 100% right. We all know this is a "spec play"....but the truth of the matter is (as you stated)...we were LIED TO. Why would KRY hang around for a year building hospitals? Why would anyone invest more money in the finance deal if they weren't misled by LIES? On the brighter side...it would be more believable and far less evil to think that the press release will amended\clarified to our benefit than to believe that we were LIED to all this time by the government so they could have the pleasure of enjoying the shock value of kicking us in the balls out of left field.
