Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
You would not be a moving party in any action unless it was against the board/officers of KRY. Then it would depend on what action/inaction they did or didn't take which would determine the time frame for establishing harm/damages. Any suit against Ven would be by KRY on behalf of all of the shareholders. Any remuneration would benefit the shareholders going forward from that point.
On a different note, how 'bout a little light reading from years past: http://www.isj.org.uk/?id=206
