O&L....what I took away from this is that this thing came completely out of left field. I was in the front row recently when Ballinger spoke of progress at Brisas. I studied his face and body language. He seemed honest, well informed and direct. He just got whacked in the side of his head with a baseball bat. I refuse to believe this story. It just makes no sense.
