I seem to recall KRY management always saying they are working closely on a dialy baisis with Ven officials to obtain the permit, or something to that effect. I do not follow GRZ.

As for the Ven process, I am only trying to relate it to what I know in the process I work within. Their process is likely similar. Chavez is trying to make it legit by some of the sweeping changes in persons appointed to positions. This may very well be a political ploy from the top. Or a political ploy by the opposition.
