If this is all just to re-negotiate a contract, christ, what a ham-handed way to operate. If they wanted to do that, they should just say, behind closed doors, "we want to renegotiate or you don't get your permit". That wouldn't be the best thing, but I could live with it. Then the stock might go back up, I might break even and never touch Vz again.
