Call me sceptical, but since when do you have to get permission to share his name or the company name? Did he say "this was off the record"? Presumably the company has a name and if it does, the IR guy's name should be on the website. And that is presuming they have a website. Like I said, call me sceptical. More detail is required or I would not even call this rumor
