If the upshot of this whole mess is they change the terms of the existing operating contract to increase taxes\tribute to the state....within reason....than so be it. I can live with that. If the goal is minority status for KRY....that means bye-bye buyout\profits. We have a deal...a contract. In either event...I would find it way too coincidental and sleazy if they decide to grant the permit but change the terms of our legally binding contract at the same time.
