Moses, I emailed Belanger yesterday and he said they rcvd their doc Monday. I would imagine KRY has rcvd theirs also as I think I have seen somewhere in an RM email.

As this point in time the permit has been revoked not denied. The
permit was already granted last year. You are right we need more
clarification as to the reasons for this action and then what is the
plan going forward. We are trying to determine that now. We received the document yesterday and it is being reviewed by our counsel in Venezuela now. We will communicate with the relevant branches of the government to determine the best course of action.
