It appears that when VZ shows foreign companies the door that they provide a fair settlement. If that is the case here I would bet that every penny KRY spent in this area would be returned to them (us). One of the best arguments that KRY has for proving that VZ led us down the garden path are these improvements.

I believe this all speculation because I believe the current process will result in the desired permit and I believe that one of the best things KRY could be doing here is to remain a great corporate citizen of VZ.
