I know you're a lawyer and I'm sure a good one NoBear (is that an oxymoron?....just kidding!). Presuming they abide by the rule of law... that seems like a gigantic reason for Vz not to go down that road. My sense is that whoever the Minamb Bananahead was that issued that permit denial wasn't aware of that little detail. I trust that the Canadian Ambassador, KRYs' legal representatives and other interested parties may be explaining these details to the more zealous members of the Socialist Revolution as we speak.
