turtle, i love to play devils advocate but i dont see how i could disagree...

the only other plausible theory would be that ortegas denial is being used as a bargaining chip for more money or was a purposeful effort to affect the stock price (so hugo's brothers wife could short/buy in).....i like your theory better though...
