Mr. XXXX, the Company and CVG were also blindsided by the letter, its position and implications. We are actively working to gain full understanding of the scope of the letter, its full effects on the project and thus the appropriate steps to deal with the letter and situation. Unfortunately last week was a big holiday week in Venezuela and those that weren't off were consumed with problems and labor issues surrounding SIDOR.
We believe there are steps to deal with the letter.
We have Crystallex reps in country and will update shareholders once we have information beyond the April 30th news release.
