It's only an uneducated guess, based on my own long-standing history with this stock. I have been invested since 1997. I have been in and out a couple of times over the years but at the moment I am long 47,000 shares.

This stock has been pumped and dumped to death based on good news, bad news, and mostly "inaccurate news". Chavez is the power supreme and the final decision will come from his mouth.

Again, it's only a hunch, but I don't think that today's pronouncement from Ortega is anything new - there is no mention of this being the will of Chavez, and no mention of Sanz or CVG.

Wait and see.
