I think that there is a solid case for overturning Ortega's position. The site is small and allready badly damaged and I think that some of the proceeds from mining could be used to remediate not only the Crystallex site but also the surrounding areas. At the very least, if this ever does go to arbitration under the VZ-CAN bilateral trade agreement, VZ's case looks very, very weak. We could seek billions in compensation.
