Completely agree that, all things considered, Vz has a very weak case. Problem is time and cost necessary to get one's pound of flesh (or billions of $). Hopefully, at this time, this is just Ortega's position, that Chavez hasn't decided, and Sanz is telling Hugo that Ortega is full of crap.
