Personally I think that no_bear had GT banned for insufficient optimism and voicing opinions not backed up by irrefutable evidence obtained through hours of painstaking DD. But that's just my opinion. I have no evidence to back it up. Whoops! There I go again.

I don't think that this hurts us because we are already trading near breakup value with maybe some premium for a settlement if we actually end up in arbitration.
