Good point dparge, get a stiff law with penalties out in front of mining in the forest....hence the small miners and illegals...remember the video on here a few days ago (good video) and showed the destruction and waste (contaminates). The ONLY thing that they have been able to do with these miners to control them is to send the TO5 after them. Now there will be a law to actually inforce it, not that this will deter them but you have to start somewhere.
