Couldn't of said it better myself RE. As others have posted...no apparent specific mention of Km 88 with respect to this new law. Ortega saves face...her hubby gets some (yuck!) and when Sanz finally speaks...it turns out that KRY is (crossing my fingers here) painted as an acceptable social and environmental citizen (with some additional environmetal guidance from and fees to the state). Having said all of that....I'll also add that (imo) the environment is used as a tool of the left to accomplish their leftist goals and as a pretense to consolidate power. BTW....did you know that Al Gore invented the internet before he invented global warming? Question: Why are all of the planets warming....not just the earth?
