I saw it. No spin (imo). Chavez is scared that he won't be able to hold on to power by popular vote. Time to use those 'special powers' to crush anyone who disagrees with him. He will NOT go quietly into the night.

PS: didn't those clips of Kevin Spacey and Danny Glover grovelling at Hugo's feet want to make you barf?
