Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
The main problems I see at the moment is:
1) We have until June 2009 before KRY runs out of money
2) According to AMEX listing rules (http://www.ipo-attorney.com/amex)... we could be delisted. I was hoping we fit Standard 3 but KRY doesn't make more than $50 million a year and for Standards 1 and 2 our share price has to be over $3.00
3) Vz is stupidly slow in making decisions. I'm not expecting to see anything for MONTHS!
4) Trading in KRY is now more expensive since it's priced under a $1. (commission plus 0.05 cents per share)
5) Our volume lately has been pretty low (fifth of average)
How would everyone feel is there was a reverse split?
