Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
The following is a quote from Rusoro's recent news release when Hecla was purchased on June 19/08-
"We would be delighted to be selected as the partner of choice to work with Minerven and MIBAM to explore a joint venture that will benefit both the Venezuelan people and our shareholders and we are excited about the future opportunities that this type of collaboration may present for our shareholders."
In my opinion I believe Rusoro will be the chosen company to work with Minerven and MIBAM to explore a joint venture regarding the La Camorra and Block B Isidora assets and it's not gonna stop there, as there will be more to come.
Think about the royal treatment Rusoro has received since they purchased Gold Field's Property. Rusoro did not have any difficulties getting the water permit that Gold Fields couldn't get, and they instantly were permitted to complete a major drilling program as well. They have moved from the status of a small gold company in Venezuela to an intermediate gold company within one year, and soon to be a large sized gold company with their next purchase. The recent financial backing that was announced will give them opportunities for future growth and expansion.
SEATTLE (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Earlier this week, Peter Hambro [LSE:POG] announced plans to invest $20 million in Rusoro Mining [TSX-V:RML] - not a substantial amount for Russia's No. 2 gold producer, but anther $60 million from leading investment banks is enough to turn some heads.
Richard Reinhard editor from Growth Stocks Weekly wrote an article Oct 11/07 on Rusoro's Strategy after Rusoro bought Gold Field's Choco 10 Property. There is something about this quote that say's it all.
"Since the day Rusoro’s controlling shareholder Agapov family arrived in Venezuela, they committed to working closely with local miners and officials, building a relationship of trust and respect. Rusoro’s largest shareholder is Chairman Vladimir Agapov, a Russian entrepreneur. Vladimir has developed strong relationships with Venezuelan President Chavez in Venezuela and has a proven ability to operate there."
Could it be the environmental concerns in the Imataca Forest Reserve is just a smoke screen or a stall tactic to give Rusoro more time to get all their duck's in a row before they gain control of other Properties such as Las Brisas and Las Cristinas?
Is it time to be buying Rusoro shares? Comments.
