I like the part where the President of the commission says "

To invite the Minister of Environment for the next meeting, the

Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining, the President of the CVG and

his technical team in the mining area, as well as the representatives of

Crystallex."

(I guess we will have to be ready for more manuvering from Ortega, but I think she has played her hand out.)
