I believe this is Gold Reserve's original appeal to the Environment Minister and not an amended appeal. Their appeal submission due date, I believe, was different than Crystallex's, as to date I have not seen any published appeal from GRZ to Ortega.

You will recall earlier, Belanger initially released a harsh statement threatening legal action if Gold Reserve didn't get the green light to develop the Las Brisas Gold Project. So I think this is GRZ's first kick at the cat. GW, I have nothing against pussy's.
