Good job Turtle, sounds like they are basically trying to downgrade to get the cheapest price. Doesn't make sense to downgrade NOW based on political risk when KRY is now in talks with Minamb after the denial and the gov't has said get this resolved. How funny he then says he may be too close to the situation and personally thinks it will get resolved:)
